Co-Founder & Director
Abhijeet Dattatray Devkar brings an interdisciplinary background spanning finance, technology, analytics, and business management.
He holds a BBA in Financial Management, a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), a Nano Degree, and a Postgraduate Program from IMT Ghaziabad. He also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Financial Analytics from Queen's University Belfast.
He has professional experience with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), gaining exposure to finance, accounts, administration, and corporate operations.
His combination of academic and corporate experience contributes to RCG's focus on building structured programs that connect learning with practical, industry-oriented experience.

Co-Founder & Director
Apurva Dattatray Devkar brings a multidisciplinary background in pharmacy, business management, and corporate operations.
She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai.
She has professional experience with Zomato, where she worked as a Manager, gaining experience in management, operations, team coordination, and organizational processes.
Her professional and academic background contributes to RCG's focus on structured professional development and practical workplace-oriented programs.
